1) What types of housekeeping products do you use?
We use an array of the best eco-friendly cleaning products from manufacturers such as Snap!, Dyson and Quickie.

2) Are you insured?
Yes, Clarity Domestics is completely insured.

3) What is your housekeepers’ service area?
Our primary mode of transportation is subway, which allows us to service all of Manhattan and most areas in Brooklyn, The Bronx, and Queens. If you do not live near a subway line, please contact us and we’ll be happy to discuss travel arrangements.

4) Do I have to be home while my housekeeper is there?
While we do not require you to be present during home cleanings, we welcome the opportunity to meet all of our clients should they choose to be there.

5) Who will be cleaning my apartment?
We will send one or two (depending on apartment size) of our professional housekeepers to your home.  If you’ve had a specific housekeeper in the past that you would like again or one that has been recommended to you, please feel free to request him or her.

6) How will you gain access to my apartment?
We plan on you being there to let us in unless you instruct us otherwise.  Usually, doormen or front desk attendants are happy to let us in, providing they have been notified in advance and have a key.

7) Is a gratuity included in the price?
Gratuity is not included.  While never expected, gratuities are always graciously accepted.
